Andrea tagged me to share a glimpse into my studio. {Thanks for thinking of me Andrea!} This is what it looks like this afternoon.
I really enjoy seeing what people's studios and environments look like, seeing where people think, create, and live. I feel the same as Emily about choosing who to tag. How do I narrow it down?
So, I would like to invite you to share your space. If you would like to post a link to an image of your studio, workspace, garage, desk, dining table, kitchen, etc., simply leave a link in the comments section.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend,
Heather

Heather your place looks so comfortable and full of coziness. I like your chairs.
And thank you for playing :-)
Hi Heather! I love your studio! You both worked so hard on it and it really came out wonderful! My little computer space is pictured in this post that I wrote about Jam. http://vtroom.wordpress.com/2008/02/25/how-we-got-jam/
I just have a corner in the kitchen right now but its more than some people have!
Your workspace is lovely - very calming, and what great chairs! I love the neutral tones, too.
Here is my space:

Thanks Jenni
and thank you Teeni!
how i wish, every day, that i had a work space. it's something that i'm working on. (co-opting the guest room and relegating our guests - mostly my in-laws - to the basement playroom requires quite a bit of finesse. and then there's the work of transforming the room.) in the meantime, i love peeking into other people's workspaces!
it's always a treat to see into someone's workspace...
I'd love to have such a big table to draw on. Great place!
I love those wood floors. I'll be posting photos of my craft room sometime soon-once I get it cleaned and organized :-)
I love your studio...its a lovely space and you've got such a fabulous big table and your chair looks so comfy...I'd love a studio like that when I "grow-up"!
I always enjoy seeing pictures of your studio heather - looks like such a calming place to be! Here's mine... http://www.flickr.com/photos/restlessthings/2252468842/

I left a comment but then the computer went kookie so I didn't know if it went through. Love seeing more of your working space, I will try to post something this week. Happy day to you Heather.
Aah, space and light! Love your studio. I wrote a post recently about the lack of space. Go have a peep at http://artpropelled.blogspot.com (Jan 31, 2008) There's nothing I enjoy more than looking into the lives of artists all over the world.
I work in the back half of the garage, behind my man's stinky tools and sawdust, but I'm happy to have a spot of my own that even has a little window.
We tend to make do with what we have, so in my studio is an old table, a dresser for storage, and our old changing table is a great workstation. Some of that is pictured here (click on the photos to see detail notes):
